1. Agreement

By creating an INVOIQ account or using the app you agree to these terms. If you use INVOIQ on behalf of a business, you confirm you are authorised to accept these terms for that business.

2. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for all activity in your account. Every account is separated from other accounts, and your business data is only visible to you unless you share a document link yourself.

3. Plans and billing

The Free plan includes a limited number of documents per calendar month. The Premium plan is billed monthly in South African Rand through PayFast and renews automatically until you cancel. Cancelling stops future renewals; fees already paid for the current month are not refundable, and you keep Premium access until the end of that period.

4. Your documents and data

You own the invoices, quotes, receipts, purchase orders, statements and payslips you create. You are responsible for the accuracy of the amounts, tax rates and details on them. INVOIQ is a document and record-keeping tool, not an accounting, tax or legal advisor.

5. Payments between you and your clients

INVOIQ does not collect money on your behalf. Proof-of-payment uploads and payment records are for your own tracking, and you remain responsible for confirming that funds actually cleared into your bank account.

6. Acceptable use

Do not use INVOIQ for fraudulent invoicing, unlawful activity, or to send unsolicited bulk messages. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service or place the platform at risk.

7. Availability and liability

We work hard to keep INVOIQ available and backed up, but the service is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the subscription fees you paid in the three months before the claim.

8. Changes and contact

We may update these terms as the app grows; continued use means you accept the updated version. Questions can be sent to the support address shown in the app.
